It's particularly cold today. So I thought I'd make myself a winter feel-good breakfast. Especially when it gets cold and uncomfortable outside, we like to snuggle up on our couch and feast on delicious treats. This recipe is my absolute favorite in the series of simple and ingenious recipes. It is free of granulated sugar and vegan. I also use this pudding in a slightly liquid form as a sauce for cakes, muffins, or strudel.

RECIPE: COCOA-CASHEW-DATE PUDDING

VEGAN & FREE FROM REFINED SUGAR

WITHOUT GRANULATED SUGAR VEGAN

You need

a handful of cashews (soaked)
DATTELBÄR date syrup according to taste
2 bananas
chopped DATTELBÄR dates (class 3 SOFT)
berries
natural flavors, vanilla, peanut, ...
1 pinch of Bourbon vanilla powder

How it works

Chop the dates into small pieces.
Put bananas, cashews, flavors, vanilla, date syrup and a little water in the blender and mix until the mixture is fine and creamy.
Mix with date pieces and berries and decorate with flowers, cashews and cinnamon.

This sauce goes perfectly with cakes, strudel, etc.
