Our kitchen smells of these super delicious date cookies. Of course, we don't want to keep this great recipe from you. Of course, no sugar is used, just the super delicious and sweet dates. The recipe is really simple and only needs three ingredients.

What you need:

Makes 10 cookies

100g Dattelbär Dates Class 1 Extra Soft (it works best with extra soft dates)

100g almonds (preferably already ground, then it goes faster)

50g oat flakes

Optional : vegan chocolate for decorating or dipping

Preparation:

1. Put the dates in a blender and chop until they form a nice mass.

2. Then put the oat flakes, ground almonds and date mixture into a bowl and knead into a dough.

3. You can now form lots of small balls from the dough and then press them flat with a fork or your hand.

We had to control ourselves not to eat all of the raw dough before it was baked.

4. Spread the formed cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper or lightly greased. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Then let cool.

5. Optionally, you can melt chocolate in a water bath and dip the cookies halfway into it.
