Our classic is popular with young and old

The brownie is quick to make and will keep in the fridge for several days. At least in theory...we usually eat it after a few hours.

What you need:
100 g ORGANIC SUKKARI DATES
50 g grated hazelnuts
50 g chopped walnuts
20 g cocoa powder
5 g coconut blossom sugar
Optional:
2 teaspoons nut butter
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

And this is how it works:
Remove the pits from the DATES and mix them with the other ingredients to form a homogenous mass. Then place the mass on a cutting board covered with baking paper and press down. It is best to form a rectangle that is about 2 cm high. Then put the brownie in the fridge for 3-5 hours or freeze it for 30-40 minutes. Then cut into pieces and DO NOT enjoy it ALL AT ONCE.
