RAW FOOD VEGAN GLUTEN-FREE SUGAR-FREE
You need:
- For the floor
475g extra soft DATTELBÄR dates
150g walnuts
350g almonds
1 pinch of vanilla
50g cocoa powder
- For the glaze
25g cocoa powder
25g cocoa butter (or coconut oil, then the glaze will be mottled white)
Here's how:
Floor
Finely grind the walnuts and almonds and knead them with the soft dates to form a homogeneous mass.
(Important: do not soak the nuts and dates in water. This will greatly reduce their shelf life)
Then add the cocoa powder and vanilla and knead evenly.
Flatten the whole thing on a baking sheet with your hand.

In the meantime, place the cocoa butter on a warm radiator or heat it slightly in a water bath on the stove.
Once the cocoa butter has melted, add the cocoa powder and stir with a whisk.
Pour the liquid onto the mixture and spread it evenly.
Then top the brownies with walnut halves or slivers as desired.
Now put it in the fridge. Leave it for 60 minutes and when the glaze is no longer shiny, the brownie is ready to eat.
